Step 1. Sign the ICA Agreement between YOU and LPT

 

Step 2. Work with LPT to transfer your license - follow instructions provided by LPT

 

Step 3. Once the transfer is done - proceed with LPT Orientation

Step 4. Go to LPT Connect and click on knowledge base connect.lpt.com

 

Step 5. Search for "Chime Basic Navigation" under the Agent Power Up tab.
 - *Here you will watch the video outlining the basics of Chime.*

 

Step 6. Once you have finished the video, a short quiz will pop up
 underneath the video and you will answer the questions.

 

Step 7. Once the quiz is submitted, a ticket will automatically generate,
where we will then grant you access to Chime.

Once you are done with your Orientation and now have access to your LPT Connect, Dotloop and Lofty.

We can now proceed with The Locals Group Onboarding.

 

WELCOME TO LPT!

Step 1. Sign the Team Agreement and Corporate Agreement 
(this will be sent through your email as PDF and reply to the email with the signed agreements)

 

Step 2. Please Fill out the About Me Form so we can get your log in information (Make sure to provide complete information on the form)

 

Step 3. You should be added to appropriate WhatsApp GroupChats 

(All Agents Team Chat and Team Chat )

 

Step 4. You can start joining the Team Meetings every week: 
Monday Meeting at 9am EST (All Agent Meeting) 

Tuesday Meeting at 11am EST (Training)(Other meetings would be depending on your Team Leader)
